Wait... Wait for 100 percent...

(212)
This is what I know. Don't settle for 40, 50, or even 80 percent.
A relationship-it shouldn't be too small or too tight or even a little scratchy.
It shouldn't take up space in your closet out of guilty conscience
or convenience or a moment of desire. Do you hear me?
It should be perfect for you. It should be lasting.
Wait. Wait for 100 percent.
Deb Caletti

When life is sweet, say thank you and celebrate.
And when life is bitter, say thank you and grow.

You ever look a picture of yourself, and see a stranger in the background?
It makes you wonder how many strangers have pictures of you.
How many moments of other peoples life have we been in.
Were we a part of someone's life when their dream came true
or were we there when their dream died. Did we keep trying to get in?
As if we were somehow destined to be there or did the shot take us by surprise.
Just think, you could be a big part of someone elses life, and not even know it.
One Tree Hill

God is love, and as we live in God, our love grows more perfect.
1 John 4:16-17

For once, you believed in yourself.
You believed you were beautiful and so did the rest of the world.
Sarah Dessen

There is nothing I would not do for those who are really my friends.
I have no notion of loving people by halves. It is not my nature.
Jane Austen

At the end of the day, when it comes down to it,
all we really want is to be close to somebody.
So this thing, where we all keep our distance and
pretend not to care about each other, is usually a load of bull.
So we pick and choose who we want to remain close to, a
nd once we've chosen those people, we tend to stick close by.
No matter how much we hurt them,
the people that are still with you at the end of the day - those are the ones worth keeping.
And sure, sometimes close can be too close.
But sometimes, that invasion of personal space,
it can be exactly what you need.

I hate the fact that my heart doesn't grow
and I hate the smell of cigarette smoke.
And I hate old movies unless they make me cry
and I hate the jerk that you've turned out to be.
And I hate the sand that holds back the seas
and I hate the fact that you don't love me for me.

Stop caring what other people think. How?
Understand that this is your life, not theirs,
and you’ll have no one to blame but yourself if things don’t work out the way you’d hope.
Their opinion shouldn’t matter more than your own.
Stephanie Klein

(203)
If someone wants to be a part of your life, they'll make an effort to be in it.
So, don't bother reserving a space in your heart for someone
who doesn't make an effort to stay.

I don't want something perfect, I want something real.
Something between the two of us, something only we can feel.

I didn’t have to scramble up and down the ladder from despair to euphoria anymore,
trying to convince myself that life was either painful and terrible or joyous and wonderful.
The simple truth was that life was both.
Melody Beattie

Dear God,
Make me a bird so I can fly far, far away.
Forrest Gump

There are bad things in the world. There’s no getting away from that.
But that doesn’t mean nothing can be done about them.
You can’t abandon life just because it’s scary, and just because sometimes you get hurt.
Jim Butcher

Heaven help the fool who did her wrong.
It’s too late. Too bad. She’s too far gone.
He should have thought about that before he left her all alone.
If she’s lonely now, she won’t be lonely long.
Clay Walker

I don’t think of all the misery, but all of the beauty that still remains.

Anne Frank

(196)
I love those who can smile in trouble,
who can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection.
'Tis the business of little minds to shrink, but they whose heart is firm,
and whose conscience approves their conduct, will pursue their principles unto death.
Leonardo da Vinci

(195)
Don’t wish me happiness.
I don’t expect to be happy all the time… It’s gotten beyond that somehow.
Wish me courage and strength and a sense of humor.
I will need them all.
Anne Morrow Lindberg

There is only one you for all time. Fearlessly be yourself.
Anthony Rapp

I haven't had that one great love, which is good.
I don't want that to be in the past. I want it to be in the future.
Taylor Swift
